The staff were really kind and helpful - answering lots of questions and making sure we were comfortable. The room was tidy and mostly clean besides a few things they missed under the bed. Also the rest of the facilities were clean and updated and the breakfast buffet has lots of options and was really tasty!

We used this hotel as a stopover for one night while travelling to rural Japan. Clean, functional room and helpful staff. Breakfast had both Western and traditional options. Mattress was intentionally very firm - was an adjustment for us Westerners used to sleeping on softer beds! Still comfortable, recommend.

The onsen, the buffet and the bed the location is a bit of a letdowns despite the shopping centre. Also, the English level ought to be better had it not been for the younger lady is next to non existent.

Hotel was near big shopping malls which was a perfect location for shopping spree to end the trip before heading to Narita International Airport; comfortable beds, free parking, public onsen, and good breakfast buffet

Room was spotlessly clean and the furnishings were modest but seemed brand new. Buffet breakfast was remarkable value for money.
